Leaf Pick Up Guidelines

During the fall season, our leaf picker will pick up leaves. Leaves should be raked to the Right of Way area near the curb into piles.

• Do NOT rake leaves into the street.
• Do NOT put grass, branches or other debris in the pile.
• The pickers will NOT pick up piles that have miscellaneous debris (pet waste, etc.) in them!
• The Village of Depew does NOT pick up leaves in garbage bags; leaves/bags of leaves can be placed in your garbage tote.
• We do not pick up leaves in the spring; this yard waste can go in your garbage tote.

There is no need to call for this service! Our leaf pickers go out street by street throughout the village until the first snowfall.
